We believe great food is born from the best ingredients. The cooking process begins with many questions and informed decisions. Which farm? What are the farming practices? Which breed of animal? Where are the fish from and how were they caught and handled? Which variety of sea salt is best for each dish? What type of oil? Each dish should be healthy, appear simple and show respect for the ingredients. Regular menu items include oak smoked beef brisket, hickory smoked chicken, dry rub ribs done with apple and cherry wood & apple-hickory smoked pulled pork. Since no man can live on barbeque alone, we will also offer a daily menu featuring local products and world flavors. Soups, salads, fresh fish, and interesting takes on sashimi.
We also have fantastic desserts for those of you with a sweet tooth.
~ LISTEN ~
We are musicians. We love live music. Our belief is that it should be free, fun and sound great. We book the best local and touring acts. All performers are mic’d and run through a soundboard that is mixed by a sound engineer. Sound levels need to allow for a conversation.
